Vibha Chicago’s BollyX Dance Fundraiser
Vibha Chicago’s Annual BollyX event was held on March 26th 2021 . With their ability to run the event virtually Roshini , a Vibha Chicago volunteer & a BollyX instructor collaborated with 13 different instructors from all over USA to celebrate Indian Heritage & raise funds for Vibha . It was such a perfect way to help connect back to the roots and raise money for the amazing cause .
The event was a grand success with upto 150 participants , with every BollyX instructor performing a song celebrating Indian Tradition.
A total of $2,324 was raised from event this year .
Vibha Recine Kenosha’s Trivia Night
RKVYC (Racine Kenosha Vibha Youth Club), founded by Dr. Sapna Patel and Murthy Munagavalasa in Dec 2017 with ~20 active members completed their first fundraising event “Vibha Trivia Night” this year. Over 35 children and adults participated in this entertaining online trivia that is split into two separate groups (“15 & above” and “14 & under” years) lead by youth members Yashowardhan Patil (10th Grade) and Srikar Munagavalasa (8th Grade). The club raised $1,055 from this event and most importantly, they were able to spread awareness about Vibha among several new families in the Southeastern Wisconsin region.
