Ebby Vidyasagar
Ebby works at Texas Instruments in Bengaluru, India as, Director – APP (Analog Power Products) Engineering Team. He has 20+ years of success driving product development across hardware and software on a global scale. He has been a volunteer of Vibha since 2005 when he and Viv (his spouse) started the Vibha Houston chapter. Moving to Bengaluru in 2010, he has been an active member of the Vibha Bengaluru Action Center. He has been instrumental in starting the Vibha Dream Mile (Bengaluru edition), which has been a premier fundraising event for Vibha in Bengaluru for the last 5 years.
Ebby is an active runner and enjoys running half marathons.
Sasi Challa Tadepalli
Sasi is an engineer by profession, a dancer by passion, and an aspiring social worker through compassion. Sasi has been a volunteer at Vibha since 1996. She was one of the founders of the Dallas Action Center and has been involved in several events in Dallas, including the first 5K Walk. Since moving to India, Sasi has been involved closely with projects that Vibha partners with. She has played a role of a project monitor and now is a part of the Projects Team. She is also involved in driving pan India events, like YED (Year End Drive) and Dream Mile X, for Vibha.
Professionally, Sasi is a Global Head of Engineering for Clarity PPM at Broadcom. She is a highly driven engineering leader focused on building enterprise products and modernizing complex programs in small to large engineering teams.
With over twenty-four years of experience in the US and India, Sasi has been leading teams to build scalable PaaS and SaaS solutions. She is highly passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, actively working across teams and the industry to increase awareness and bring a change, in herself and others around her. She has been on the Advisory Council of Grace Hopper Celebrations in India, has led several campaigns, and has been a speaker at various external events and organizations.
On the personal front, Sasi is a performing Kuchipudi dancer and an avid hiker. She lives in Hyderabad with her husband Ravi and two children, Vijay and Mahima.
